March 2010	Fax Reply Sheet / Application Form Acceptance All exhibitors are requested to provide Company Profile, Product Catalogue/Pictures and Photograph of stand presentation at previous fair BEFORE submitting an Application Form. Fax Reply Sheet is not an official Application Form for exhibiting. Include requested booth size and your product information Fax Reply Sheet is on the back page of this brochure
1 July	Application Deadline Send the organizer an original Application Form. When all available space is booked, the applications may be closed before the deadline without notice. Submit Application Materials Application Form Company Profile/Product Catalogue・Pictures Photograph of your booth presentation at previous fairs
August	Delivery of Exhibitor Manual Read it through, and make an appropriate preparation.
12 August	Deadline for Planned Booth Design Booth location will be appointed with consideration of products and its taste and style based on the materials the exhibitor provides.
September	Announcement of the Booth Location / Submit Required Forms After you confirmed booth location, start to submit required / necessary order forms.
October	Invite your customers with Free Admission Tickets Organizer provides as many tickets as you ordered.
November	Fair Open 31 Oct. - 1 Nov.  November ： Move-in 2 - 4 Nov. November ： Fair Open / Move-out
