A: The Organizer will allocate all booth locations. To make your location the most suitable, be sure to submit exhibit products and planned booth design by the deadline (12 August 2010)
A: Yes, we provide them by the name “Rental Booth”. It includes side panels, carpet and other facilities meeting the requirements of the Organizers. For detail, please check the “Exhibitor Manual” or contact the official stand contractor or the Organizer
A: It is possible to apply in the following ways.

- (2) Apply to Messe Frankfurt Sales Representative of your country
- (3) Apply by your agency in Japan

A: Yes. Your exhibitor names used for printed materials and other promotional items is asked to be registed through online "Exhibitor Page". It is possible to register either by company name or brand name. It is also possible to put co-exhibitor names.
A: The size of the booth is dependent of a variety of variables: the size of the items to be exhibited, the number of people staffing the booth and the nature of the displays. The Organizer can be contacted for advice.
A: Cancellation fee will be required for a reduction in size. To increase the size of the booth it depends on the available space remaining. In either case, please contact the Organizer immediately.
A: Our official contractor will be available to meet your needs. Please feel free to contact BOX・1 CO., LTD.
Yes. The organizer will provide stock space. But the space is limited, unlocked and will be shared with other exhibitors. organizer will not be responsible for lost or damage. Therefore, the rganizer highly recommend exhibitors that all packing material be kept inside your booth space, or consult your forwarder.
A: Yes, the official contractor can provide the service. Check in the “Exhibitor Manual” for details.
A: No. Sales activity is strictly prohibited by custom laws, based on the fact that IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living is a bonded fair.
A: It depends on the items planned. Please contact the official contractor; BOX・1 CO., LTD. for details before the fair.
A: Yes. 1 months before the fair, all exhibitors will be able to list themselves up in the “Exhibitor Search” on the official website. Using this system, you can announce it in advance.
A: Photography is prohibited in principle. The exhibitors may take photographs only inside their booths. The only exception is the Press. The Organizer will issue permission armbands to the approved Press. In this case, the Press must first ask the exhibitor for permission to take photographs of the booth.
