“Cafe & Bar Style” is a new area first introduced during the last IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living in 2010. This area was created to focus on cafe and bar businesses. It has attracted many visitors in and outside the industry as a way to produce innovative business ideas. We are now accepting applications for 2011.
Cafe & Bar Style offers an attractive platform to conduct business, exchange ideas and gather information about the latest trends of the industry.

Director for Cafe & Bar Style

Mr. José Yoshiaki Kawashima
After Studying at the National Coffee Research Institute of El Salvador, he joined Ueshima Coffee Company in 1981 and was engaged in the development of farms including Jamaica Blue Mountain. He was also involved in the conservation of Mascarocoffea as well as the rebirth and industrialization of Bourbon Pointu. In 2007, he left UCC and established Mi Cafeto Co., Ltd. He also serves as the board chairman of sustainable Coffee Association of Japan.

B. Rental booth

Exhibitors may use a rental booth which includes simple and basic equipment. In addition, you may request the optional furniture, as like custom-made.
